Advancing DDR Medicines Through Collaboration
We collaborate with leading researchers and biopharmaceutical partners to advance the next generation of DNA Damage Response (DDR) medicines. Building on our extensive scientific leadership in DDR, we seek partnerships that complement our expertise, accelerate development, and expand the therapeutic potential of our pipeline across solid tumors. Together, we aim to translate a deeper understanding of cancer biology into meaningful survival benefits for patients with limited alternative treatment options.
Our Collaboration with GSK
We have entered into a clinical trial collaboration with GSK to evaluate alnodesertib, our oral, selective ATR inhibitor, in combination with risvutatug rezetecan (Ris-Rez), GSK’s investigational B7-H3-targeted topoisomerase-1 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), in patients with gastrointestinal tumors.
The collaboration expands our combination strategy for alnodesertib, exploring the potential of targeting replication stress biology to deliver meaningful benefits for patients.
GSK will sponsor and conduct the Phase 1 study, Artios will supply alnodesertib, and both parties will coordinate regulatory and other activities via a joint development committee.
